Salmon Ochazuke from Teaism (by dcflamenco)
Finally feeling the chilly weather here in DC. My throat was feeling scratchy and a trip to Teaism on a rainy, fall day was the perfect remedy.
It was my first time trying ochazuke — a bowl full of salmon, grains, bonito flakes and other deliciousness served with a hot pot of green tea used as a broth — it was a revelation!
